Gordian, part of Fortive, seeks an Account Manager based in Sacramento to support and train clients on Job Order Contracting (JOC) software and data. You will manage multiple accounts, drive renewals andupsells, and collaborate with project managers to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

Ideal candidates have a related degree and 5+ years in construction procurement/management, strong communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Power BI.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or related field.
• 5+ years in construction procurement, construction management, project management, or related experience.
• Experience in public construction operations, pricing and contracting.
• Strong communication and client management skills; team-oriented and self-motivated.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Power BI; knowledge of JOC/IDIQ is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and maintain schedules to meet procurement objectives for clients.
• Train contractors in Gordian software and client procedures.
• Review construction plans, prepare price proposals, and ensure contract compliance.
• Drive client retention, renewals, and upsells; maintain strong client relationships.
• Collaborate with Project and Account Managers on day-to-day processes and budget control.
• Monitor project activities to reflect client needs and budget; coordinate invoicing with Finance.
• Travel 50-70% within the assigned geographic area.
