Job summary

Gordian is seeking an Account Manager based in Washington state who blends construction knowledge with professional client service. You will support and train clients on Gordian’s Job Order Contracting (JOC) products and services, ensuring procurement objectives are met on time and within budget.

You will travel 50-70% across WA and OR, manage multiple accounts, and collaborate with Project Managers and cross-functional teams to optimize client outcomes and foster renewals and upsells.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or comparable work experience in a relevant field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities and multi-project management capacity.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills; ability to work in teams.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain schedules of detailed activities to accomplish procurement objectives for clients.
• Implement and adhere to project procedures from identification through construction execution for various Job Orders.
• Read construction plans and specifications; review price proposals and construct detailed line-item proposals.
• Train contractors in Gordian software and client procedures; assist in contractor bidding.
• Communicate clearly with clients and internal teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Manage multiple accounts; develop positive relationships and drive client retention, renewals, upsells, and satisfaction.
