Gordian is seeking an Account Manager based in Sacramento who brings construction knowledge and professional poise to deliver results through Gordian's data and software. The role centers on support, training, and customer success for Job Order Contracting (JOC) solutions across government and institutional clients.

Primary responsibilities include coordinating procurement activities, conducting detailed price proposals, training contractors, and ensuring on-time, on-budget project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or related field.
• 5+ years in construction procurement, construction management, project management, or related roles.
• Strong client service, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain schedules to achieve procurement objectives for clients.
• Train contractors in Gordian software and client procedures; assist in bidding.
• Manage multiple accounts and drive client retention, renewals, and upsells.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and cross-functional teams on contract renewals and budgets.
• Monitor construction activities and ensure alignment with client needs and budgets.
• Travel 50-70% within assigned geographic area.
