Job summary

The role focuses on supporting and training clients on Job Order Contracting (JOC) products and services across multiple agencies, ensuring adoption and satisfaction.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or comparable work experience in a related field.
5+ years in construction procurement/management or related field.
Strong communication and client-facing skills; ability to manage multiple projects.
Proficient with Microsoft Office; ability to develop tracking reports.

Responsibilities

Prepare and maintain schedules to meet procurement objectives for clients.
Oversee project scope, review proposals, ensure contract compliance, and support execution.
Read construction plans and create detailed price proposals and line-item reviews.
Train clients on Gordian software and client procedures; assist in contract bidding.
Communicate clearly with clients and internal teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
Manage multiple accounts and develop positive client relationships.
Drive client retention, renewals, and upsells; collaborate with PMs and sales on processes.
