DICA, a family-owned manufacturer based in Urbandale, IA, seeks a Construction Account Manager to own a portfolio of established accounts and drive growth through consultative selling. You will become a trusted advisor, shape territory strategy, and leverage world-class product lines to deliver long-term value.

Autonomy in account management, collaborative teamwork, and opportunities for professional growth are core to this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; relevant sales/account mgmt exp accepted.
• 3+ years of successful B2B sales/account mgmt or related experience.
• Experience with technical, solution-based, industrial, or construction-related sales preferred.
• Experience in ground protection, construction equipment, or rental industry a plus.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute territory plans to achieve profitable revenue growth.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through consultative engagement.
• Identify and pursue cross-sell opportunities within assigned accounts.
• Manage sales pipelines and provide accurate forecasting.
