Delaware Valley Paving seeks an organized, relationship‑driven Account Manager to support expansion into the DFW market. The role manages relationships with assigned customers, serves as the primary point of contact, and coordinates internally to meet expectations and commitments.

The Account Manager works with customers, project management, estimating, operations, field teams, and leadership to maintain clear communication throughout each account and its projects.

Responsibilities

• Account Management & Customer Relationships: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with assigned customers and key accounts.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned customers and programs.
• Develop an understanding of each customer's business, expectations, project requirements, and ongoing needs.
• Maintain regular communication with customers to strengthen relationships and ensure high service levels.
• Conduct regular customer follow-ups and account reviews.
• Identify customer needs and opportunities to provide additional support or services.
• Build relationships with key customer contacts, including property managers, general contractors, facilities teams, and other stakeholders.
