Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 4 years of related experience or equivalent.
• Wholesale electrical distribution industry and construction sales experience.
• Valid driver's license with up to 25% travel and overnight stays.
• Comprehensive computer skills: Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Ability to communicate verbally and in writing; strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Complete a business plan for assigned accounts in Crescent's CRM tool. Develop a sustainable sales/profit volume in assigned territory.
• Regularly make in-person sales calls to prospective and current customers; introduce and demonstrate new products.
• Price bills of material for industrial customers and offer add-on/up-sell options.
• Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with construction customers and suppliers.
• Resolve customer requests promptly and professionally; communicate company policies.
