Crescent Electric Supply Company in El Paso, TX is seeking a Construction Account Manager to build and maintain durable customer relationships while achieving sales and gross margin goals. You will prospect, solicit orders, price bills of material, and present solutions that meet customer needs.

Travel up to 25% to visit construction customers and suppliers. A Bachelor's degree and strong CRM, Word, Excel, and Outlook skills are required for success in this role.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in sales or business.
• Experience in wholesale electrical distribution or construction sales is preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop a business plan for assigned accounts using Crescent's CRM tool.
• Achieve sales and gross margin goals through prospection and order solicitation.
• Visit prospective and current customers in person to present products and services.
• Price bills of materials and propose solutions to meet customer needs.
• Maintain long-term relationships with construction customers and suppliers.
• Educate customers on policies and available Crescent programs.
