Job summary

Crescent Electric is seeking a Construction Account Manager in Texas to build and maintain strong relationships with construction customers and suppliers. You will drive sales and gross margin by prospecting, pricing bills of material, and introducing new products.

You will manage assigned accounts, execute in-person calls, and coordinate with suppliers to secure mutual business while upholding Crescent Electric’s ethical standards. A valid driver's license and 25% travel are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in wholesale electrical distribution and construction sales.
• Valid driver's license with ability to travel up to 25% and overnight stays.
• Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook) and product knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Develop a business plan for assigned accounts in Crescent’s CRM tool.
• Regularly make in-person sales calls to prospective and current customers.
• Introduce and demonstrate new products to customers.
• Assist customers by pricing bills of material and providing solutions.
• Cultivate long-term relationships with construction customers and suppliers.
• Resolve customer requests promptly and professionally and communicate policies.
