Job summary

Raymond James is seeking a compliance professional to administer and manage key initiatives within PAC, part of the Strategy, Governance & Reporting team. The role focuses on issues management, regulatory change, exam coordination, books and records, and emerging risks, delivering leadership reporting and driving workstream execution.

The position requires collaboration across stakeholders to resolve complex issues, with hybrid work and broad enterprise impact across PAC verticals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with six years of compliance experience preferred.
• Experience coordinating regulatory exams and issues management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to present to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Compliance stakeholders on strategic initiatives related to issues, regulatory changes, and emerging risks.
• Manage and track issues and action plans from identification to completion.
• Coordinate with Internal Audit, Regulatory Exams, and other risk management teams.
