Job summary

Raymond James is seeking a senior policy governance professional to lead the enterprise policy program. You will partner with policy owners to develop and refine policies, manage lifecycles, and prepare materials for governance committees and the Board.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree and minimum six years in compliance or financial services.
Experience drafting, reviewing, and maintaining enterprise policies and governance materials.
Strong written and verbal communication with executive audiences.

Responsibilities

Partner with policy owners to develop and maintain enterprise policies and committee charters.
Coordinate policy lifecycle activities: drafting, review, publication, and maintenance.
Facilitate stakeholder review processes to ensure appropriate input.
Prepare materials for governance committees and Board reviews.
Support policy publication and communicate substantive changes.
Maintain governance records, metrics, and reporting.
Collaborate to identify policy gaps and updates driven by regulatory changes.
Support continuous improvement of governance processes and documentation.
Perform other duties as assigned.
