Job summary

Raymond James Financial seeks an experienced Information Compliance Risk Management professional to support our IT compliance program. You will oversee governance, develop scalable methodologies, and advise senior leaders on emerging technology risks, including data privacy, AI, cloud, and third-party risk.

The role collaborates with IT, Security, Privacy, Legal, Enterprise Risk, and Internal Audit to ensure regulatory compliance and independent oversight of first-line activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum ten (10) years of Compliance, Legal, Banking and/or regulatory experience in the financial services industry.
• Minimum five (5) years of management experience within the financial services industry.
• Knowledge of OCC, SEC, FINRA and state securities regulations.
• Advanced written and verbal communication for diverse audiences; able to lead cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the Technology Compliance Program and Governance Framework.
• Drives development of methodologies used across the IT Compliance program for global consistency.
• Advises senior leadership on emerging technology compliance risks and regulatory expectations.
• Performs compliance risk assessments across technology, cybersecurity, data privacy, AI, cloud, and third-party risk domains.
• Develops and ensures execution of IT compliance monitoring and testing activities.
• Leads regulatory change management and evaluates impact of new regulatory requirements.
• Partners with IT, Information Security, Privacy, Legal, Enterprise Risk, Internal Audit, and business leadership to ensure regulatory compliance while maintaining independent oversight.
