Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related discipline with 8+ years in Compliance/financial services.
• Experience leading enterprise policy governance initiatives and projects.
• Strong written and verbal communication for executive audiences.
• Ability to interact with regulatory agencies and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise policy governance program initiatives.
• Collaborate with policy owners to draft and update policies.
• Review policies at Enterprise Risk Management Committee and board levels as needed.
• Publish policies and communicate key substantive changes to associates.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to address regulatory obligations and reporting.
• Coach and mentor Compliance associates as needed.
• Partner with business units to drive policy improvements across the firm.
