• Ability to coordinate exams and manage issues and action plans.

• Partner on strategic compliance initiatives related to issues, regulatory changes, or emerging risks.
• Manage issues and action plans from identification to completion to ensure transparency and resolution.
• Coordinate with Internal Audit, Regulatory Exams, and Risk Management on cross-functional matters.
• Prepare and deliver written and oral presentations to management as needed.
