Job summary

Raymond James seeks a policy governance professional to build and enhance the enterprise policy governance program across the firm. You will lead projects with significant business impact and work with policy owners to maintain standards and committee charters.

Hybrid work arrangement in Florida will apply as you collaborate with stakeholders, prepare governance materials, and maintain records while ensuring compliance with regulatory changes and organizational needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; six years of experience in Compliance or financial services preferred.
• Experience with policy governance and enterprise frameworks.
• Strong written and verbal communication for executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• Partner with policy owners to develop, review, update, and maintain enterprise policies, standards, and committee charters.
• Coordinate policy lifecycle activities including drafting, review, approval, publication, maintenance, and periodic reviews.
• Facilitate stakeholder review processes to ensure appropriate input and governance.
• Prepare materials to support policy review and approval by governance committees.
• Support policy publication and communication, including documenting substantive changes.
• Maintain policy governance records, inventories, metrics, and reporting.
