You will analyze trends, deliver insights, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support audits and regulatory exams. This hybrid role requires strong analytical and communication skills, experience with COSO and Basel II frameworks, and the ability to drive improvements with senior leaders.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Proven success managing risk projects and working independently
• Deep understanding of COSO and Basel II frameworks
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite

Responsibilities

• Lead risk assessments, control reviews, and remediation efforts across Operations.
• Identify trends, monitor key metrics, and deliver impactful reports to leadership and regulatory bodies.
• Act as a key liaison for risk-related matters, building strong relationships across departments.
• Partner with auditors and process owners to evaluate controls and implement risk-based solutions.
• Influence senior leaders, support change initiatives, and contribute to continuous improvement in risk practices.
