Raymond James Financial seeks an experienced information compliance professional to lead the ICRM information technology compliance program. You will collaborate across IT, legal, risk, and governance to implement controls and monitor regulatory adherence.

Ideal candidates have a strong background in OCC/SEC/FINRA rules, SOX, data privacy, and third-party risk, with a minimum of ten years in financial services compliance. Hybrid role based in Florida with a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• Minimum of ten years of compliance, legal, banking, or regulatory experience in financial services.
• Experience leading teams and managing complex regulatory projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversees IT compliance program and governance framework.
• Conducts compliance risk assessments across IT, cybersecurity, data privacy, AI, cloud, and third-party risk.
• Advises senior leadership on regulatory expectations and emerging risks.
• Leads regulatory change management and evaluates impact of new requirements.
• Collaborates with IT, Legal, Privacy, Enterprise Risk and Internal Audit to maintain independent oversight.
