Job summary

Raymond James seeks an experienced policy governance leader to advance its enterprise policy program across the firm and international subsidiaries. You will collaborate with policy owners and executives to shape, review, and publish policies while ensuring regulatory alignment and risk mitigations.

In this hybrid role, you will mentor Compliance associates, manage major governance projects, monitor reporting, and drive scalable processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum eight years of experience in Compliance and/or the financial services industry.
• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent combination approved by HR.

Responsibilities

• Partner with policy owners to create and update enterprise policies for regulatory alignment.
• Review and approve policies at ERM Committee or RJF Board as required.
• Publish policies and note key substantive changes to associates and international subsidiaries.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on policy governance gap analyses and needs assessments.
• Monitor reporting, audits, and compliance correspondence; coach staff as needed.
• Research regulatory updates and apply findings to governance programs.
