Job summary

Raymond James is seeking a strategic, data-driven Risk Manager to join the Risk Management team. In this hybrid role, you will lead risk initiatives, analyze trends, and deliver insights shaping decisions across Operations.

You’ll work with auditors, regulators, and cross-functional teams to strengthen risk controls and compliance. The ideal candidate has 3–6 years of risk experience, strong analytical and presentation skills, and a working knowledge of COSO and Basel II.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of general risk experience as stated.
• Strong analytical skills with data interpretation.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Understanding of risk frameworks (COSO, Basel II) and regulatory environments.
• Proven ability to manage risk projects and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Lead Risk Initiatives: own risk assessments, control reviews, remediation.
• Analyze trends and deliver impactful reports to leadership and regulators.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across departments.
