Responsibilities

• Sell Johnson Controls Complex Security Systems and services to owners, primarily at Director level.
• Build and manage long-term customer relationships with target and managed accounts.
• Develop new sales opportunities, qualify prospects, and close business monthly.
• Coordinate with contractors, consulting engineers, and owner accounts to drive take-offs and bids.
• Prepare proposals aligning with building specs and Johnson Controls solutions.
• Expand penetration of Complex Security Systems within assigned accounts.
• Keep management informed of progress and support needs throughout the sales process.
