Job summary

Qualifications

• Excellent oral, written and presentation skills with the ability to present to senior level executives.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule.
• Available for local travel.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Johnson Controls Security products and services within an assigned territory.
• Develop new market share by acquiring new commercial customers and expand opportunities with existing accounts.
• Close profitable sales and drive upgrades while maximizing customer satisfaction and retention.
• Manage follow-ups post-installation and maintain knowledge of products and services.
• Identify prospects through lead generation and maintain productive relationships with customers.
• Prepare and follow call plans and time/territory management strategies.
