QVC Group, Inc. is seeking a Senior Compensation Partner to shape market-competitive compensation programs and advise HR and business leaders across client groups.

This hybrid role requires onsite days at West Chester, PA, with residents of DE, NJ, or PA considered. You will lead compensation strategy, job evaluations, market analyses, offers and promotions, and large-scale projects, ensuring consistent communications and compliance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of direct compensation experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in HR, Finance, or related field preferred.
• Strong analytical, financial, and problem-solving skills with advanced experience with spreadsheets and compensation data.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic compensation partnership and guidance to HR Business Partners and leaders across assigned client groups.
• Support compensation decisions related to job evaluations, market pricing, offers, promotions, reorganizations, and communications.
• Lead or support large and complex compensation projects, including planning, market analysis, recommendations, stakeholder alignment, implementation, and communications.
• Conduct compensation studies to support pay strategy, competitive market positioning, and broader opportunities.
• Help develop, administer, and communicate compensation programs, guidelines, and practices that support consistency and compliance.
