Qualifications

• 10+ years of recruiting experience with progression into TA management.
• Experience coaching and developing leaders, with succession planning.
• Proven ability to transform TA functions and scale capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of TA professionals and future leaders.
• Own proactive talent acquisition strategy including sourcing channels and employer brand.
• Advise senior leaders on talent strategy and workforce planning.
• Forecast headcount and model recruiter capacity across the business.
• Establish KPI frameworks and data-driven recruitment standards.
• Drive cross-functional projects spanning process and technology changes.
