QVC Group, Inc. is seeking a Senior Compensation Partner to shape market-competitive programs and partner with HR and leaders. Based in a hybrid environment, you will support evaluations, pricing, offers, and organizational changes while ensuring compliant, consistent compensation practices.

Qualifikationen

5+ years of direct compensation experience.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in HR, finance, or related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with compensation data.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across levels.
Knowledge of compensation policies and applicable laws.

Aufgaben

Provide strategic compensation partnership to HRBPs and leaders.
Support decisions on job evaluations, market pricing, offers, and increases.
Lead or support large compensation projects with planning and comms.
Conduct compensation studies to shape pay strategy and market position.
Develop and communicate compensation programs and guidelines.
