The Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition will lead a sizeable TA team, shaping talent strategy for the US corporate and commercial functions and partnering with HR leadership to drive proactive recruitment. Based at our West Chester, PA headquarters with hybrid onsite days, you will build talent pipelines, improve operating models, and develop capability

Qualifications

• 10+ years of recruiting experience with senior TA management roles.
• Experience coaching and developing managers and leaders.
• Proven track record transforming TA operations.
• Strong business partnering with HR and senior leaders.
• Fluency with recruiting analytics and data-driven decisions.
• Experience with TA technology and workforce planning.
• Commitment to inclusive sourcing and hiring practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of TA professionals and future leaders.
• Own proactive talent acquisition strategy including sourcing channels and pipeline.
• Advise senior leaders on talent strategy and labor market dynamics.
• Lead TA business planning: headcount forecasting and capacity modeling.
• Build KPI frameworks and data-driven recruiting practices.
• Identify gaps in TA operations and implement solutions.
• Develop team capability in advanced sourcing and candidate experience.
• Partner with Total Rewards on compensation strategy.
• Set standards for TA technology use and ROI.
• Establish vendor governance and manage external search firms.
• Lead cross-functional projects across process, technology, and capability.
• Represent QVC externally at forums and events.
• Handle high-priority or sensitive searches when valuable.
