QVC Group, Inc. seeks a Senior Manager, Total Rewards Operations to lead daily administration of compensation, benefits and wellbeing programs.

You will drive a tech-forward strategy to improve processes and optimize Workday functionality, while partnering with HR, Payroll, Finance, Legal and external vendors. The role requires 8+ years in total rewards or HR operations, a bachelor’s degree, and strong compliance knowledge (ERISA, ACA, COBRA, FLSA).

Qualifications

• 8+ years in total rewards, compensation, benefits, or HR operations.
• Experience with Workday, HRIS, vendor audits and compliance.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily administration and governance of total rewards programs.
• Improve processes and optimize Workday functionality for rewards.
• Manage annual compensation cycles, benefits enrollment, and audits.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance, Legal and vendors to deliver programs on time.
