Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1 year of compensation experience.
• Broad based Compensation experience preferred.
• Accounting or Finance background acceptable.
• Strong Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Review market data from salary sources and ensure competitive pay.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and stakeholders on compensation packages.
• Support job hierarchies and define levels within the organization.
• Administer merit and other compensation practices.
• Manage bonus plans aligned with performance goals.
