Sentara Health is seeking a Compensation Analyst to design, budget, implement, and report on compensation policies to attract, retain, and engage colleagues. You will work with compensation leadership, HR business partners and a Talent Acquisition team to align pay with market data and organizational goals.

Responsibilities include analyzing market data, defining job hierarchies, administering merit and bonus programs, and ensuring accurate compensation practices across the organization.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1 year of compensation experience required.
• Broad based compensation experience preferred.
• Accounting or Finance background acceptable in lieu of compensation experience.
• Strong Excel skills required.

Mansioni

• Review market data from salary market sources to ensure compensation is competitive.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to enable Talent Acquisition to offer attractive compensation packages.
• Support job hierarchies by defining job levels and roles within a hierarchical structure.
• Administer bonus plans aligned with performance goals.
• Support stakeholders in administering merit and other compensation practices.
• Proficiency with HRIS/payroll systems, Microsoft Office Suite and Excel is highly valued.
