Job summary

Responsibilities include reviewing market data, advising on competitive packages with Talent Acquisition, administering merit and bonus plans, and working with HRIS/payroll systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 1 year of compensation experience
• Broad based compensation experience preferred
• Accounting or Finance background acceptable in lieu of compensation experience
• Strong Excel skills and Microsoft Office proficiency

Responsibilities

• Review market data from salary market sources to ensure competitive compensation
• Collaborate with stakeholders to offer attractive compensation packages and advise on promotions
• Support job hierarchies by defining levels and roles within a hierarchical structure
• Administer merit and bonus plans aligned with performance goals
• Work with HRIS/payroll systems and Excel to manage compensation processes
