Job summary

Sentara Health is seeking a Compensation Analyst to design, budget, implement, and report on compensation policies that attract, retain and engage colleagues. You will work with compensation leadership and HR business partners to apply market data and organizational strategy to compensation practices.

Responsibilities include analyzing market data for competitiveness, supporting job hierarchies, administering merit and bonus plans, and partnering with stakeholders to ensure aligned compensation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1 year of compensation experience.
• Strong Excel skills required.
• Broad Based Compensation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze market data from salary sources to ensure competitive compensation.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and HR to design attractive packages.
• Define and position job levels within a hierarchical structure.
