Job summary

Forbes is seeking a Compensation professional to administer and analyze pay programs for about 500 employees across North America. The role partners with HR, Finance and leaders to inform pay decisions and evolve our compensation framework.

You will translate complex data into actionable recommendations, maintain HRIS data, and support the rollout of compensation policies. Strong analytical skills and regulatory knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Finance or related field; CCP preferred but not required.
• Experience in compensation, HR analytics or related analytical function.
• Experience with compensation tools and vendor management; Payscale knowledge a plus.
• Ability to communicate and advise managers with varied compensation knowledge.
• Strong HRIS experience and process improvement knowledge.
• In-depth knowledge of U.S. multi-state compensation compliance.

Responsibilities

• Administer base salary, incentive programs, and compensation processes (merit, bonus, salary reviews).
• Monitor evolving compensation legislation and implement required changes with partners.
• Partner with HR, Finance, Recruitment and leadership to support compensation planning.
• Analyze ad-hoc compensation scenarios and develop data-supported recommendations.
• Lead preparation and distribution of employee compensation statements.
• Draft and present training and guidance on compensation practices.
