The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years in compensation or HR, with strong Excel and HRIS skills. You will work in a collaborative environment focused on accuracy, compliance, and competitive pay practices.

• Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
• Proficiency with HRIS and Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and update compensation data in HRIS.
• Conduct data audits and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare reports on compensation trends for management.
• Research market benchmarks for pay decisions.
• Analyze market data to identify salary gaps and recommend adjustments.
• Prepare presentations summarizing market insights for leadership.
• Assist salary changes including merit increases and promotions.
• Collaborate with HR partners to set salary ranges for new roles.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws.
• Generate compensation metrics reports (average salary, pay equity).
