Job summary

Wealthspire Advisors seeks a strategic Compensation Manager to design, govern, and continuously improve compensation programs across the organization. You will partner with HR and business leaders to ensure competitive, equitable pay and drive talent strategy.

You’ll own annual merit and bonus cycles, develop market benchmarks, and provide analytics to executives. The role requires expertise in Workday, pay equity, and governance with a data-driven approach.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive compensation experience.
• Experience designing salary structures and incentive programs.
• Strong Excel and data modeling capability.

Responsibilities

• Own compensation strategy, program design, and governance.
• Lead annual merit, bonus, and promotion cycles end-to-end.
• Ensure pay equity, compliance, and internal controls.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition and HR to evaluate offers and sign-on bonuses.
• Deliver data-driven insights and executive analytics.
