Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of compensation frameworks, job evaluation methodologies, pay equity, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead comprehensive compensation and benefits market benchmarking studies.
• Develop, implement and monitor compensation strategies.
• Conduct pay-equity and gender-/race-based compensation analyses.
• Design compensation programs for new business initiatives.
• Partner with finance and business units to model compensation budget.
