Job summary

ENFRA LLC is seeking a Compensation Analyst to support the administration of compensation programs. You will maintain compensation data in the HRIS, conduct market surveys, and prepare trend reports for leadership.

You will analyze pay equity, assist in job evaluations, and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws. This role emphasizes data accuracy and collaboration with HR partners to set competitive salary ranges.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in compensation administration or related HR role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Experience with HR information systems (HRIS)
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations related to compensation

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update employee compensation data in the HR information system (HRIS).
• Conduct regular data audits to identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare reports on compensation trends and analysis for management review.
• Conduct salary surveys and research industry compensation benchmarks to inform pay decisions.
• Analyze market data to identify potential salary gaps and recommend adjustments.
• Prepare presentations summarizing market insights for leadership
• Process salary changes including merit increases, promotions, and adjustments based on performance evaluations.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners to determine appropriate salary ranges for new positions
• Calculate and administer salary adjustments for cost-of-living adjustments or other company initiatives
• Ensure adherence to all federal, state, and local compensation laws and regulations.
• Monitor and update compensation practices to maintain compliance with changing regulations
• Assist in the job evaluation process to ensure accurate job grading and salary positioning.
• Review and update job descriptions to reflect current responsibilities and market demands
• Generate reports on compensation metrics such as average salary, salary distribution, and pay equity.
• Analyze compensation data to identify trends and make recommendations for adjustments
• Provide support and answer compensation-related inquiries from employees and managers.
• Collaborate with HR team members to ensure smooth integration of compensation practices with other HR function
