Qualifications

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual compensation planning processes, including data validation and executive materials.
• Perform market analyses and determine competitive salary structures and total rewards.
• Maintain job families and job leveling in Workday.
• Ensure compliance with FLSA, GDPR, and other regulations.
• Prepare reports and present compensation metrics to leadership.
• Automate compensation workflows and optimize tools.
• Support M&A activities.
