Job summary

The role requires 5+ years of experience, expertise in Workday HCM and advanced Excel, and the ability to navigate evolving regulations such as GDPR and FLSA. You will partner with People Ops to maintain job families and drive pay strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive compensation experience in global environments.
• Proficiency in Workday HCM and advanced Excel required.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and detail-oriented skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Execute annual compensation planning processes (LTI, merit, promotions, bonuses).
• Conduct market analyses to determine competitive salary structures and total rewards.
• Participate in salary surveys and provide recommendations for adjustments.
• Maintain job families, leveling and data in Workday.
• Ensure compliance with FLSA, GDPR, and other regulations.
• Audit compensation data for accuracy and compliance with stakeholders.
• Prepare reports and presentations on compensation metrics for leadership.
• Identify opportunities to automate workflows and improve data models.
• Serve as first point of contact for compensation inquiries and support M&A.
• Support M&A activities.
