ENFRA is seeking a Compensation Analyst to assist in administering one or more compensation programs. You will analyze data, interpret market benchmarks, and support leadership with pay decisions.

You will maintain compensation data in the HRIS, perform audits, and prepare reports on trends, distributions, and pay equity. The role requires attention to detail, collaboration with HR business partners, and knowledge of compensation laws.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, business admin, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in compensation or HR.
  • Proficiency with Excel and HRIS.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and data interpretation skills.
  • Knowledge of compensation laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update employee compensation data in the HRIS.
  • Conduct data audits to identify discrepancies.
  • Prepare reports on compensation trends for management.
  • Conduct salary surveys and benchmark analyses.
  • Analyze market data to identify gaps and recommend adjustments.
  • Prepare presentations summarizing market insights for leadership.
  • Process salary changes including merit increases, promotions, and adjustments.
  • Collaborate with HRBP to determine salary ranges for new positions.
  • Calculate and administer cost-of-living adjustments.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, local compensation laws.
  • Generate reports on compensation metrics (average salary, distribution, pay equity).
  • Provide support for compensation inquiries.
