Qualifications

• College degree preferred, but not required.
• 3–5 years of experience in Property Management, Hotel, or Retail.
• Strong customer service, interpersonal, time management, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications.

Responsibilities

• Acquire and maintain knowledge of state statutes and community policies.
• Develop and maintain homeowner relations plans and budgets.
• Lead Board interactions and coordinate with association, developers, and vendors.
• Oversee construction projects to ensure on-time completion and budget adherence.
• Prepare management reports and present to stakeholders.
