Job summary

FirstService Residential in Texas City, TX is seeking a senior property manager to lead operations for a community, collaborating with the association, Board of Directors, the developer and/or builder to maintain and operate the property to Company standards.

You will develop budgets, supervise staff, oversee construction projects, and foster positive owner relations while ensuring service excellence and safety.

Qualifications

• Must possess strong managerial background.
• 3-5 years of experience within Property Management, Hotel and/or Retail strongly preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of customer service principles and practices.

Responsibilities

• Manages relationships with HOA boards, Home Owners, developers, builders and vendors to ensure high service levels.
• Develops and submits complete and accurate annual budgets, meeting deadlines and aligning with asset goals and market conditions.
• Oversees property improvement and construction projects to ensure on-time completion within budget.
• Prepares professional management reports and board meeting presentations.
