Job summary

FirstService Residential seeks an experienced Property Manager to provide leadership to maintain and operate a community in line with company objectives. You will work with the association, Board of Directors, and developers to manage the property and resolve resident issues.

Role requires strong managerial, customer service, and supervisory skills with a focus on budgets, policy adherence, and effective communication with owners, staff, and vendors.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred; background in property management is a plus.
• 3–5 years of experience in Property Management, Hotel and/or Retail preferred.
• Strong customer service, interpersonal, time management and written/verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Acquire and maintain knowledge of state statutes and community policies.
• Analyze options and recommend solutions to the Board of Directors.
• Lead relationships with business groups to ensure high service levels and goals.
• Develop and maintain a homeowners relations plan and service environment.
• Prepare annual budgets with thorough analysis and deadlines.
• Engage new homeowners and orient staff and community, explain rules.
