FirstService Residential seeks a Portfolio Manager to lead community operations, align with Board direction, and oversee budgets and staff performance. The role ensures compliance, enhances communication, and maintains strong oversight of associations.

The candidate will manage day-to-day operations, build working budgets, and report on financials, while coordinating with emergency services and external partners. A seasoned professional with a strategic mindset is essential.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field; three years’ experience in Property Operations, Hospitality or Construction or equivalent.
• Seven years of community management experience, including four years managing a staff.
• Experience managing multi-department operations in a small/medium organization.
• Knowledge of physical building management, Condominium law, financial planning and property management law.
• Valid driver’s license and state- mandated vehicle insurance.
• Pursuit of CPM, PCAM, ARM or AMS designations or equivalent.
