Job summary

FirstService Residential is seeking a Community Association Manager to lead on-site operations across our properties. You will partner with regional directors and boards to implement projects and deliver quality service, ensuring contractual obligations are met and staff are effectively managed.

You will oversee site inspections, construction projects, and reporting in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining standards and coordinating with multiple departments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in property operations, hospitality, or construction.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• Must be certified and licensed by the State of Florida for Community Association Management (CAM).
• Strong critical thinking, problem solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook and Windows.

Responsibilities

• Provide management and leadership to assigned property and book of business.
• Manage the functions of a team within a property while maintaining standards of excellence.
• Act as liaison to ensure quality service, and assist in prompt responses and resolutions to questions.
• Maintain knowledge of the contract between the association and FirstService Residential and ensure contractual obligations are met.
• Initiate contact with new residents and conduct site inspections regularly.
• Oversee construction projects and ensure maintenance/improvement projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Create and upload information in the portal (work orders, meeting minutes, Monthly Management Report).
• Interview, select, hire, train and schedule staff; ensure proper staffing and provide direction.
