Job summary

FirstService Residential seeks an experienced property management leader to provide direction for maintained and well-operated communities. You will work closely with associations, Boards of Directors, developers or builders to manage and operate the community, and you will supervise internal support staff to meet company objectives.

The role emphasizes strong management, customer service, and supervisory skills, with focus on delivering high levels of service within budgets and timelines.

Qualifications

• Education/Training: College Degree preferred, but not required.
• Must possess strong managerial background.
• Strong working knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical procedures, leases, regulations or documents with a similar degree of complexity.
• Strong interpersonal, time management, and customer service skills required.

Responsibilities

• Acquires and maintains knowledge of state statutes and community documents.
• Analyzes alternatives and recommends solutions to the Board.
• Provides leadership to manage relationships and ensure high service levels.
• Maintains homeowners relations plan and executes initiatives.
• Defines goals for internal and external customers.
• Prepares annual budgets meeting deadlines and market conditions.
• Contacts new homeowners and orients them to management staff.
• Manages resident relationships and resolves concerns.
