Job summary

CareDx is seeking a Community Account Manager to drive adoption of AlloSure dd-cfDNA testing within the nephrology channel. You will collaborate with TAMs, CLs, and SAMs to grow existing accounts and win new business by developing strategic plans and educating clinicians on product and services.

Responsibilities include forecasting the sales pipeline, delivering performance reports, and partnering with internal teams to address customer needs. Travel up to 75% is required in this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years sales or account management experience in healthcare.
• Experience selling into physician-owned practices and hospitals; navigating multiple stakeholders in a “total office call.”
• Clinical or sales experiences in Transplant, Nephrology, Molecular Diagnostics and Lab highly preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with nephrology professionals
• Track record of developing effective account strategies that maximize business outcomes
• Strong history of winning new business and exceeding sales quotas
• Strong written and oral communication & organizational skills
• Must be willing to travel up to 75% or greater within your region
• Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Salesforce.com and analytical tools

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic plans to drive growth and achieve sales targets.
• Educate nephrologists on AlloSure testing and CareDx Pharmacy services.
• Build strong customer relationships and solicit feedback on needs and features.
• Forecast and manage the sales pipeline; prepare performance reports.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, Medical Affairs, Market Access and Operations teams.
