Job summary

CareDx, Inc. is seeking a Community Account Manager to drive utilization of AlloSure dd-cfDNA testing within the nephrology channel. You will collaborate with TAMs, Liaisons, and SAM to expand CareDx’s footprint, develop strategic plans, and educate clinicians on testing platforms and related services.

The role requires patient-centric communication, ability to manage a sales pipeline, travel up to 75%, and a track record of exceeding sales quotas across healthcare accounts.

Qualifications

Science based (biology, chemistry, etc.) bachelor’s degree required.
Minimum of 2 years sales or account management experience in the healthcare industry.
Experience selling into physician-owned practices and hospitals, navigating multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.
Educate nephrology on AlloSure testing and CareDx Pharmacy services with clinical knowledge.
Identify stakeholders, build relationships, and drive adoption and customer satisfaction.
Forecast and manage the sales pipeline and provide performance insights to leadership.
