Job summary

CareDx, Inc. is seeking a Community Account Manager to drive AlloSure adoption in the nephrology channel. You will build strategic plans, educate clinicians on dd-cfDNA testing, and manage the sales pipeline while collaborating with TAMs, SAMs, Medical Affairs, and Operations to expand within current and new accounts.

Travel up to 75%+ is required. The role requires a science-based degree, healthcare sales experience, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Science-based bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of 2 years sales or account management experience in healthcare.
• Experience selling into physician-owned practices and hospitals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic plans to drive growth and achieve sales targets.
• Educate nephrology clinicians on AlloSure testing and CareDx services.
• Identify stakeholders and build lasting relationships to expand care opportunities.
• Forecast and manage the sales pipeline; provide regular performance reports.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Operations teams.
