Job summary

CareDx seeks a Community Account Manager to drive utilization of AlloSure in the general nephrology channel. You will collaborate with TAMs, Clinical Liaisons, and SAMs to grow the existing base and win new business from non-user accounts.

Travel up to 75% is expected while delivering customer education and strategic account planning. You will combine clinical knowledge with sales acumen to educate nephrologists, manage the pipeline, and partner with cross-functional teams to meet commercial

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a science-based field is required.
• Minimum of 2 years sales or account management experience in healthcare.
• Experience selling to physician-owned practices and hospitals with multiple stakeholders.
• Clinical or sales experience in Transplant/Nephrology/Molecular Diagnostics is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic plans to drive growth and meet sales targets.
• Educate customers on AlloSure testing and CareDx services with clinical detail.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with nephrology professionals and stakeholders.
• Forecast and manage the sales pipeline; report performance metrics to leadership.
