CareDx, Inc. is seeking a Community Account Manager to drive adoption of AlloSure within the nephrology channel and oversee growth across current users and new accounts. You will collaborate with the TAM, CAM, and SAM to execute strategic plans and expand CareDx footprint.

The role requires clinical aptitude, strong communication, and a patient-centric approach, with travel up to 75% across the region. Experience in transplant or nephrology sales is highly valued.

Competenze

• Science-based bachelor’s degree required
• Minimum of 2 years sales or account management experience in the healthcare industry
• Experience selling into physician-owned practices and hospitals
• Clinical or sales experiences in Transplant, Nephrology, Molecular Diagnostics and Lab highly preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with nephrology professionals
• Track record of developing effective account strategies that maximize business outcomes
• Strong history of winning new business and exceeding sales quotas
• Strong written and oral communication & organizational skills
• Must be willing to travel up to 75% or greater within your region including frequent day trips
• Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Salesforce.com and analytical tools

Mansioni

• Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and achieve sales targets
• Educate community nephrologists on AlloSure testing and CareDx Pharmacy services
• Identify key customer stakeholders and establish strong relationships
• Forecast and manage the sales pipeline and growth strategies; prepare regular performance reports
• Collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, Customer Experience, Medical Affairs, Market Access and Operations teams
