Job summary

CareDx, Inc. is seeking a Community Account Manager to drive adoption of AlloSure in the nephrology channel.

You will collaborate with TAMs, Liaisons, and SAMs to grow current users and win new business, delivering strategic plans, clinical education, and stakeholder management. You will build strong customer relationships, manage the sales pipeline, and partner with internal teams to deliver solutions while traveling up to 75%+ within your region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 2 years sales or account management experience in the healthcare industry.
• Experience selling into physician-owned practices and hospitals, navigating multiple stakeholders.
• Clinical or sales experiences in Transplant, Nephrology, Molecular Diagnostics and Lab highly preferred.
• Track record of developing effective account strategies that maximize business outcomes.
• Strong history of winning new business and exceeding sales quotas.
• Willing to travel up to 75%+ within your region, including frequent day trips.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Drive utilization of AlloSure dd-cfDNA testing within the nephrology channel.
• Collaborate with TAMs, Liaisons, and SAMs to grow existing accounts and new business.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive adoption and market share.
• Educate clinicians on testing platforms and related CareDx services.
• Forecast and manage sales pipeline; provide regular performance reports.
